Luke Wilson - Founder

Owner/Director of Tagg & Connell Ltd restaurant group running one of London's most highly regarded independent restaurants: 10 Greek Street, as well as a cafe/wine bar at Whitechapel Gallery.  Formerly a sales executive at Liberty wines, Luke is a very well known and respected personality in the industry (Imbibe Personality of the Year 2015).


Nick Trower - Founder

Former GM of Dock Kitchen and ex Liberty Wines, Nick set up London based beer distributor, Biercraft, in 2013.  Biercraft aims to bring the world's most exciting small craft breweries to the London restaurants, bars and independent shops.  In four years it has become the go-to supplier of craft beers to premium establishments in the capital and currently has over 300 accounts.  Since forming Biercraft, Nick has developed a unique insight into the craft beer industry.

Cameron Emirali  -  Founder

Luke's business partner in Tagg & Connell Ltd for over 5 years, Cam directs the kitchens at their restaurants.  He has been a chef for over 20 years and before Tagg & Connell was Head Chef of The Wapping Project as well as stints in top London restaurants such as Eyre Brothers, The Zetter and Pont de la Tour, plus several establishments in Australia and New Zealand.


Stephan Michel - Mahr's Bräu

Owner of the world famous Mahr's Bräu in Bamberg; Germany's greatest beer city.  The brewery was founded in 1617 and the Michel family have been running it since the 1880s.  Stephan is a well-known figure on the beer festival circuit and is a champion and advocate for "proper German lager" in the age of "ice cream sundae" beers.  Mahr's were the only German brewery and also the only lager brewery to feature at the Beavertown Extravaganza in 2017 and they will be back for more this year.
